The North Carolina ArcGIS Users Group Inc. (NCAUG) is a non-profit (Tax Exempt under section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code) organization created to provide a forum for the exchange and distribution of knowledge, techniques, and data for people across North Carolina using and/or associated with software produced by the Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI). While the focus is ESRI software and its related GIS applications, we certainly welcome all aspects of GIS, and users from all disciplines, including state and local government, academia, the private sector, and beyond.

Join NCAUG | As a NCAUG member, you are eligible for free or discounted access to training and professional networking opportunities throughout the year as well as the ability to participate in NCAUG business meetings, by-law revisions and Officer elections. Dues in the amount of $25 are renewed annually.
Events | NCAUG hosts several events throughout the year including: online webinars, single-day symposiums as well as our Annual Conference! Our events offer members the chance to learn about the latest GIS trends as well as network with their peers in the industry. Many of our events also offer certification and continuing education credits.
Scholarships | Each year, NCAUG awards academic scholarships to current students seeking higher education in the geospatial industry. Scholarships are available to current full-time students pursuing both undergraduate and graduate degrees in GIS, Geography, Geomatics or other related studies.
